Register as a Vendor/Seller

Prior to commencing sales on our platform, the initial step involves registering as a vendor. Below are the procedural steps for vendor registration:

  • Please follow the below steps to register here.
  • Input your personal or company name.
  • Select your country from the dropdown menu. If your country is not listed, please contact us.
  • Opt for "Vendor" in the "Select Account Type" dropdown.
  • Enter a valid email address.
  • Carefully choose and confirm your password by inputting it twice.
  • Click the "Register Now" button.

Congratulations! You are on the right track to joining our platform. Now that your account has been successfully created, you are poised to explore the innovative features meticulously designed to enhance your e-commerce business management. There are a few remaining steps to finalize before you can commence selling on our marketplace.

Subscribing to a Plan

Selecting a subscription plan holds significant importance as it enables key functionalities essential for progressing in the product listing process.

  • Navigate to the "Buy Subscription" option in your dashboard menu.
  • Opt for and subscribe to a suitable plan from the options provided. We advise selecting a plan aligning with your specific requirements. Notably, you can upgrade your subscription plan at a later time.
  • Complete the payment for the associated fees.

Setting Up Payments with Stripe

Establishing your Stripe Account stands as a critical step for vendors, facilitating direct transfers of funds to your bank account upon customers' product purchases. It is mandatory to create a Stripe account prior to listing any products. Please follow to the outlined steps carefully to initiate your Stripe Account setup:

  • Begin by clicking on "Add New Product".
  • Click on “Create New”.
  • Then click on "Connect to Stripe" button to initiate online payment processing setup.
  • Carefully follow Stripe's instructions and furnish all requested information until your Stripe Account setup is finalized. *
  • Upon successful completion of all steps, Stripe will redirect you back to your Vendor Dashboard, enabling you to commence listing your products.
* Vendors subscribed to the Platinum plan have the added benefit of accessing assistance for Stripe account setup if required.

Adding Products and Displaying on the Frontend

  • After completing the Stripe setup, go back to the platform.
  • Click on "Add New Product" again to add your products.
  • Enter product details and upload relevant images.
  • Save the product information. These products will now be visible on the frontend.

Managing Existing Products

  • Click on "View Products" to see the products you have added.
  • Modify product details such as stock, price, etc., as needed.

Managing Received Orders

  • Click on "Received Orders" to view the orders customers have placed for your products.
  • Process and manage these orders accordingly.

Viewing Order History

  • Click on "My Order History" to view your order history on the website.

Managing Subscriptions

As mentioned earlier, you can always upgrade your plan at any time. If your current plan doesn't fit your needs, please follow the steps below to upgrade to a new plan according to your will:

  • Click on "My Subscription" to view your active subscription.
  • Upgrade your subscription if needed. The current credit card info we have on file for you will be remaining accordingly unless you decide to change it.
